Position Overview
Join our dynamic team as an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, where you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you'll develop your communication skills, gain hands‐on experience in customer relations, and make a real impact by ensuring every customer has a positive experience with our company. Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers by providing information about products & services and by handling and resolving issues.
- Utilize skills including listening, customer service, product knowledge, quality focus, problem-solving, market research, effective communication, conflict resolution, and multi-tasking.
- Benefit from various training, growth, and professional coaching opportunities including a mentor relationship with the department manager.
- Reach out to potential customers through direct interactions to generate more business.
- Place orders and follow up through the full sales cycle to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Expand your knowledge of products, prices, installations, and promotional services.
- Meet with consumers interested in the company's services.
- Attend conferences and meetings to further business initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Research competitors and analyze field information to develop strategies and product offerings.
- Coordinate issues between service, support, customer service, and marketing for key clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with clear and proper communication skills.
- Pleasant and professional demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications
- A college degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience, knowledge, and ability in customer service is a plus.
