Key Responsibilities

  • Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits to recommend modifications as needed.
  • Facilitate sales by maintaining accurate records of prospects’ and customers’ personal information in company databases.
  • Customize personal lines insurance policy options, quotes, and educational materials for potential and current customers.
  • Employ creative networking and sales strategies to generate leads that convert prospective clients into new clients.
  • Implement events and other marketing initiatives to drive insurance sales and enhance brand awareness among key target audiences.
  • Collaborate with creative team members on marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and other company collateral.
  • Maintain our CRM system by tracking marketing campaigns, e-marketing, subscriber lists, and other necessary information.
  • Analyze and report results of content marketing campaigns, sponsorships, events, paid advertising, and speaking engagements to maintain a profitable cost-per-lead balance that drives Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Inform supervisors of timely industry trends in the marketing field for consideration.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven proficiency leveraging CRM, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Demonstrated project management, analytical, and both verbal and written communication skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing specialist role, entry-level marketing, B2B, life insurance, or a related role in the insurance industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field is necessary.
