Content Operations Coordinator

Position Overview

Jonathan Ki is an organic growth operator specializing in building and scaling UGC-driven marketing systems for consumer apps and brands. In this part-time remote role, you will serve as the founder’s right hand in an Operations Manager / Chief of Staff (Execution Focus) capacity. Your mission is to ensure all team members hit their daily KPIs—including weekends—in a high accountability environment by maintaining operational discipline, documenting performance, and escalating issues for nightly review.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the founder’s trusted advisor and ensure the team consistently meets their daily KPIs.
• Maintain operational discipline across multiple teams in a 7-days-a-week work environment.
• Document performance metrics and provide daily escalation reports directly to the founder.
• Hold team members accountable for measurable output and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing remote teams or cross-functional creative operations (agency/startup preferred).
• Strong operational mindset that thrives on structure, accountability, and measurable results.
• Exceptional communication skills and a solid ability to handle daily escalation reporting.
• Comfort working directly with a founder and owning end-to-end accountability systems.
• Analytical thinking with obsessive attention to detail and process optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with content/UGC programs or marketing operations is highly preferred.
