Key Responsibilities
- Enter data accurately into various software systems and databases.
- Verify and correct data as necessary to maintain quality and accuracy.
- Process forms, reports, and other documentation in accordance with company standards.
- Respond to internal queries regarding data entry and system operations.
- Assist in managing databases and keeping records up to date.
- Perform routine administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Support other departments by providing data-related assistance.
- Ensure all data entry tasks are completed in a timely manner to meet departmental goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors or discrepancies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
