Position Overview

This role is responsible for tailoring messages to meet the needs and preferences of the market, developing and executing internal communications for Cargo commercial employees and Operations leaders, and ensuring accurate and up‐to‐date business information is communicated. The position also represents Delta Cargo’s brand in the B2B space via email, LinkedIn, and deltacargo.com, builds strong relationships with airline partners for collaborative projects, provides coaching and development to prepare employees for their careers at Delta, practices safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes, and leads message development for strategic divisional and company-wide initiatives. Key Responsibilities
