Position Overview

At Boeing, the Finance Career Foundation Program is a two‐year rotational program designed to accelerate the development of entry‐level finance professionals. Participants gain hands‐on experience through four six‐month rotations at various Boeing sites across the U.S., acquiring essential technical finance skills, business insights, and leadership abilities in an inclusive, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in a two‐year rotational program with four six‐month rotations at major Boeing sites.
  • Gain experience in diverse finance roles ranging from cost management to financial analysis.
  • Engage in intensive training including five in-person development weeks and mentorship by Finance leaders.
  • Develop technical skills and business acumen through hands-on experience across various finance functions.
  • Relocate as required to deepen exposure to Boeing’s production sites and corporate finance operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Mathematics, Operations Research, or a relevant Engineering discipline by June 2026.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience through internships, volunteer activities, or university clubs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Overall GPA of 3.5 or above on a 4.0 scale.
  • Experience (paid or unpaid) in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics, Contracts/Negotiations, or related fields.
