BDC Representative

Position Overview

Royal Car Center is seeking a motivated, customer-focused BDC Representative to join our Business Development Center located in Philadelphia, PA. Join a fast-growing dealership renowned for its customer service and employee success. Compensation: Hourly Base + Bonuses + Commission Opportunities. Job Type: Full-Time | On-site. Pay Range: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls, internet inquiries, and live chat requests.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with online leads, previous customers, and unsold prospects.
• Set and confirm appointments for the sales and service departments.
• Update and manage customer records in the CRM system.
• Communicate effectively with the sales team to ensure smooth hand-offs.
• Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer service on every interaction.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or BDC role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (phone and written).
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls each day.
• Strong computer skills and experience using CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive experience is a plus.
• College education is a bonus.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
