Position Overview

Sales Consultant/Account Executive
Location: San Francisco, CA | Full-time

Reports to:

SVP Consulting
Compensation: $80,000-$95,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE: $115,000-$150,000+)

We work with Fortune 500 companies including Coca-Cola, Chick-fil-A, Home Depot, Microsoft, Visa, and MasterCard.
As a Sales Consultant/Account Executive, you will build relationships, close deals, and drive revenue by positioning our transformational communication solutions as strategic business enablers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed individual revenue quotas through proactive sales activities.
  • Sell a complete suite of communication solutions to Fortune 500 clients.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective opportunities.
  • Conduct consultative sales calls to uncover client needs and position Speakeasy solutions effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Manage research and outbound campaigns to generate new sales leads.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience in professional services, consulting, or enterprise/B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • True consulting mindset with the ability to diagnose client needs and position solutions strategically.
  • Strong business acumen and comfort engaging with executives and decision-makers.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to create lasting client partnerships.
  • Results-driven and highly motivated by achieving ambitious goals.
  • High initiative and a go-getter mentality; self-starter who takes ownership.
  • Resilience in handling rejection and learning from setbacks.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible schedule with a willingness to adjust for client needs, including occasional weekend, evening, or early morning calls.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering consistent results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience selling to Fortune 500 companies or enterprise clients.
  • Background in professional services, training, or consulting sales.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
