Job Type:Full-time |Work Location:Hybrid remote in Deerfield Beach, FL 33441 |Schedule:8 hour shift, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Generate a high-quality pipeline of candidates by making a high volume of calls daily (100+ calls per day).
• Reach out to new and existing healthcare professionals to forge meaningful connections and present tailored opportunities aligning with their skills, licenses, board status, and credentials.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships that produce loyalty and promote long-term working relationships with our clients and health professionals.
• Engage with prospective and current providers to clearly outline assignment details andcompensation, ensuring a transparent and rewarding experience.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in sales and high-volume cold calling is preferred.
• Background in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality is welcome.
