A company is looking for a Salesforce CRM Technical Analyst to design, implement, support, and enhance their Salesforce Sales Cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions and support end-to-end Sales Cloud processes
  • Implement and support bi-directional integration between Salesforce and enterprise systems, troubleshooting integration issues as needed
  • Lead data management efforts including migration, cleansing, and establishing data quality standards

Required Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud in a technical or techno-functional role
  • Strong technical expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex, SOQL, Flows, and Lightning Web Components
  • Proven experience with enterprise integrations using APIs and middleware platforms
  • Solid experience with data migration and quality management
  • Hands-on integration experience with Oracle ERP & HCM, Deltek, and Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365
