Position Overview
L'Occitane En Provence is seeking an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Assistant to help bring our brand to life through creative and innovative digital marketing initiatives. Our ideal candidate will be a passionate, creative team-player with a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. They must be confident in their marketing skills, think outside the box, and collaborate with other departments to create effective campaigns. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines are essential. Experience with website content management, SEO/SEM, social media, analytics, and tracking is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple platforms, including website content management, SEO/SEM, and social media.
- Track and analyze campaign performance and results, using insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant messaging.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and engagement on all digital channels.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure digital marketing initiatives are aligned with overall brand objectives.
- Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in digital marketing.
- Follow established processes and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and develop digital marketing materials and assets.
- Provide administrative support for digital marketing initiatives, including maintaining reports, budgets, and other documents.
- Manage day-to-day marketing operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
