Innovative Captive Strategies (ICS) is a leader in creating and managing captive insurance programs that empower businesses to take control of their insurance costs and risk management strategies. You’ll work in a collaborative environment where your insights matter and your growth is supported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to deliver accurate, timely reports.
  • Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Work with multiple data sources and platforms such as Salesforce, finance systems, third-party vendors, Azure, SQL, and PowerBI.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver insights.
  • Ensure data integrity through regular quality checks.
  • Provide operational support for reporting, data quality, and technical requests related to HMA systems.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, concise reports and presentations.
  • Write policies, procedures, and technical documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business analytics, computer science, information systems, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize and interpret large datasets.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or similar languages, with moderate Excel skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Azure, SQL, and Power BI is a plus.
