Position Overview
SourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for a Social Media Manager—an experienced and passionate curator of digital content managing the firm's global brand. In this role you’ll drive daily social content creation, optimization, and community engagement across channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. You will utilize your deep knowledge of corporate and B2B social media to elevate our brand presence and build productive relationships within a large law firm environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content campaigns to drive engagement with clients, prospective clients, and talent across multiple social media channels.
- Actively engage followers by retweeting, sharing posts, monitoring conversations (including on platforms like Glassdoor and Fishbowl), and live tweeting from events.
- Collaborate with the Client Development department and creative teams to design infographics, videos, and images that complement social media posts and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Gather and analyze metrics related to the firm’s social media KPIs and competitive landscape, providing proactive recommendations for improvement.
- Provide tailored advice on social media best practices and present strategic insights at internal meetings.
- Conduct training sessions for lawyers and professional staff on maximizing their social media presence and leveraging thought leadership content.
- Partner with team members on news story creation, media coverage reports, and drafting posts to accompany media clips.
- Stay updated on social media industry trends, tools, and regulations, including ABA compliance and ethical guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of corporate digital and social media experience, preferably in the legal or professional services sector.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS) or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent writing, editing, and data analytics skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, research, and project management skills.
- Large law firm experience is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and social media management platforms such as Sprout.
