Position Overview
Artera is seeking a high-impact Events & Field Marketing Manager to accelerate pipeline growth and strengthen brand trust across the healthcare industry. In this role, you will design and execute in-person and virtual programs that engage decision-makers, amplify market presence, and directly fuel revenue goals. You will coordinate end‐to‐end event strategies—from customer summits to major industry conferences—while collaborating with Sales, Brand & Comms, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to ensure every initiative delivers measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the annual event calendar for external conferences and internal company kickoffs in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Lead planning and execution of events including sponsorships, customer summits, VIP dinners, regional field events, roadshows, and partner activations.
- Oversee event logistics and financial management including venue sourcing, contracting, budgeting, vendor management, shipments, booth setup, technology needs, and travel arrangements.
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing to ensure events convey the right story about Artera, its products, and the ROI delivered.
- Partner with Demand Generation, Sales, and Revenue Operations to maximize pipeline creation and engagement before, during, and after events.
- Manage Salesforce campaigns for events, ensuring rigorous lead capture and fast data processing.
- Prepare and train event staff, ensuring all team members understand their roles, event schedules, lead capture, and follow-up protocols.
- Own and optimize event ROI reporting by tracking performance and implementing learnings for future events.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience leading event marketing, preferably within SaaS or Healthcare.
- Demonstrated success in delivering events that generate measurable pipeline and ROI.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience driving cross-functional alignment across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (Campaigns, Reporting, Attribution) and experience managing large budgets.
- Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 1–2 times per month) for on-site event leadership.
