Position Overview
Raytheon’s LADS, Product Support C2S team is seeking a Senior Analyst, C2S Project Management for an onsite role at Fullerton, CA. In this position you will provide operations and program management support for various sustainment programs – including material repair and data analysis. Applicants must be **U.S. citizens** and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance (Secret – Current).
Key Responsibilities
- Work in an onsite capacity at the Fullerton, CA facility.
- Provide project management support to domestic and international C2S programs, including coordinating meetings and supporting material movement initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage operational support for contingent employees to ensure project continuity.
- Support maintaining repair data for C2S programs.
- Create shipments to Raytheon facilities, vendors, and field site representatives via PRISM and update/close-out material shipments.
- Create Requests for Material/Requests for Change (RFM/RFC) for new material buys and repairs.
- Monitor Due in For Maintenance (DIFM) requests, close-out DIFMs, create Work Orders, and communicate outstanding items.
- Update weekly Integrated Product Team charts and assist Program Managers with RFMs and shipment data.
- Pull reports from PRISM and repair data, create necessary requisition/shipping documents (DD-1149), and enter parts into the Jurisdiction and Classification Assessment tool.
- Generate monthly Mission Incomplete, Awaiting Parts (MICAP) reports and maintain a Master Reconciliation Spreadsheet for periodic parts reconciliation.
- Coordinate with on-site facilities to track material movement and support Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) initiatives.
- Manage visitor security including badge assignment, guest accounts, and touch down office arrangements.
- Assist with data compilation, report preparation across C2S programs, and the administration of SharePoint, Teams, and other shared drives.
- Manage onboarding, relocations, separations, and asset assignments for employees, customers, and sub-contractors in coordination with Facilities.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
- Experience in Operations or Customer Service roles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proactive team player with excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with MS Office 365 Tool Suite, Zoom, and SharePoint.
