Position Overview

Join our team as a Customer Success Associate - Telecommute (Automotive). In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers—assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience across phone, chat, email, and social media channels. You’ll develop new skills while working in a supportive and professional environment that values teamwork and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via phone, chat, email, or social media to answer questions and troubleshoot issues
  • De-escalate difficult situations calmly and escalate complex cases when needed
  • Process account updates and payment requests accurately
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records for audits and reports
  • Provide suggestions to improve service quality and customer processes
  • Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services
  • Meet or exceed established performance metrics and satisfaction goals

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum six months of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
  • Proficient with Windows-based systems and software tools
  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 25.0 Mbps download and 10.0 Mbps upload, no packet loss, ping under 50ms)
  • Proof of internet speed and a quiet, organized, and secure workspace suitable for customer interaction

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or sales experience
  • Postsecondary education is a plus
