Email Marketing Manager (volunteer role, non-paid)

Position Overview

The Email Marketing Manager is a role within the Marketing Department at PMI San Francisco Bay Area Chapter (PMI-SFBAC), one of the largest chapters with over 3000 members. PMI is a global non-profit association dedicated to advancing the profession of project management. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team—including graphic design, video, and social media—to create and manage engaging email campaigns and website events.

Key Responsibilities

• Create events on the chapter’s website
• Create email campaigns for events, newsletters, complementary events, and ad hoc requests
• Work with event leads to review event entries and email campaigns, and schedule campaigns upon approval
• Download and provide participant lists to the event leads
