Campbell Marketing & Communications is a dynamic and innovative marketing agency specializing in impactful campaigns. We are seeking a visionary Social Media Director to lead our social media team in the motorsports and automotive space. In this role, you will craft innovative strategies, manage a team of social media specialists, and drive engagement for a key client.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the team's quarterback by proactively leading and capitalizing on emerging trends.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of social media specialists while ensuring continuous growth.
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
- Oversee content creation, curation, scheduling, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and legal standards.
- Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams including Marketing, Public Relations, and Creative to ensure cohesive campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
- Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a cutting-edge approach.
- Manage occasional evening and weekend work as needed to meet campaign demands.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in social media management with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the sports or motorsports industry.
- Proven track record managing social media accounts for major brands, preferably in the automotive or performance sector.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., GAIN, HookIt, Brandwatch, Cision).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel (approximately 25%) including some nights and weekends.
