Field Marketing Rep – $15 HR Base Pay Plus Commission

$20 Per Appointment + $200 Per Closed Sale | Uncapped Earnings

Bumble Roofing is growing in Austin and hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to represent our brand in local neighborhoods.

This is an active, outdoor, base pay plus commission and not a desk job. If you’re confident talking to people and want your income tied directly to your effort, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Work in assigned neighborhoods
• Start friendly conversations with homeowners
• Schedule free roof inspection appointments
• Document basic appointment details

You are not selling or closing deals — just setting qualified appointments for our sales team.

Schedule

• 4-hour shifts (typically 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM)
• Choose your workdays
• Flexible, part-time structure

Compensation

1099 performance-based position. $15 HR base pay.

• $20 per appointment set
• $200 when your appointment turns into a sale
• $1,000 bonus after 60 days (for active team members in good standing)
• No earning cap

Most team members earn $2,000–$4,000/month.

Top performers earn $4,000–$6,000+.

Training

• 3-day in-person paid training in Austin
• Office orientation + field shadowing
• Scripts and materials provided
