Position Overview

In this role, you will manage communications, maintain organized workflows, and ensure smooth day-to-day office activities while contributing to a culture of diversity, integrity, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain and update filing systems both electronically and physically
  • Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate departments
  • Provide general support to staff and visitors
  • Assist in data entry and document preparation
  • Monitor office supplies and report inventory needs
  • Schedule meetings and prepare meeting materials as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Basic computer skills with familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures accurately
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and fax machines
