    Hotel Maintenance Tech – The primary responsibility of a <strong>Chief Engineer</strong> is to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel property. This includes regularly scheduled maintenance as well as addressing any issues reported to the maintenance department. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hotel maintenance and/or extensive work experience in a related industry.

    <li>Coordinate, organize, and execute all work orders and repair requests</li>
    <li>Maintain maintenance logs and schedule <strong>PM</strong> to be completed</li>
    <li>Be proactive in addressing maintenance concerns</li>
    <li>Ensure all <strong>safety standards</strong> are followed and the hotel always remains compliant</li>
    <li>Provide detailed cost projections for maintenance projects</li>
    <li>Work with Hotel General Manager to create <strong>maintenance budgets</strong></li>
    <li>Maintain a professional and pleasant demeanor when interacting with guests and co-workers</li>
