Key Responsibilities
- Establish, grow, and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Partner with investors to help them plan their financial goals.
- Provide disciplined investing approaches, tax management strategies, and additional financial planning support.
- Develop personalized investment strategies and deliver financial planning guidance for critical moments.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation required.
- Series 7, 63 or 66 (or ability to acquire within 3 months of assuming the position).
- Five years of advisory experience in financial planning, book of business management, and relationship management.
- Demonstrated experience managing a book of business with a track record of client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Experience in trust and estate planning to help preserve clients’ wealth.
- In-depth knowledge of financial planning, investment strategies, and industry regulations.
- A positive, resilient change agent who fosters collaboration as both a peer and business partner.
