Job Description

Position Overview

BeOne Medicines Ltd. (formerly BeiGene, Ltd.) is seeking a Global Clinical Operations Training Summer Intern to help develop and implement global clinical operations training projects. In this role, you will work closely with Senior Learning Business Partners to create learning materials, build data trackers, and support scheduling of training sessions. This internship provides exposure to corporate learning, clinical operations, and data-driven process improvement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Candidates must be currently enrolled in a university degree program and cannot be graduating before December 2025.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create instructional materials including e-learnings, training decks, videos, and infographics.
  • Contribute ideas and findings during global and regional team meetings.
  • Analyze data and present findings to enhance departmental procedures.
  • Manage time and projects effectively while collaborating with cross-departmental teams.
  • Utilize e-learning development technologies such as Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, Vyond, and Prezi.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work setting.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate student working towards a bachelor's degree in life sciences, instructional design, or communications with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (Planned graduation no later than May 2026).
  • Proficient with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms) and experienced with virtual meeting platforms like Zoom, MS Teams, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills, effective time and project management, and a keen attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with flexibility and the ability to manage competing priorities in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced corporate environment.
