Position Overview
As a Jr. Digital Designer, you will support the design and production of digital assets across Rejuvenation's email and marketing channels. This role blends creative design and production: you'll assist with layouts, file production, and QA to ensure every asset meets brand standards and is delivered accurately. Working closely with mid and senior designers, you'll gain hands-on experience in digital design while learning the tools, processes, and best practices of marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Email: Support the design and coding of weekly marketing emails under guidance from senior team members.
- Email: Execute production tasks such as slicing assets, updating HTML, and preparing files for deployment.
- Email: QA and troubleshoot emails to ensure links, creative assets, and formatting are accurate across devices.
- Email: Help maintain modular templates and design systems for efficiency and consistency.
- Email: Collaborate with designers and marketing partners to adapt layouts for daily and seasonal campaigns.
- Email: Assist with last-minute creative updates, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Brand Marketing: Contribute to campaign creative across digital and social assets to support brand storytelling and marketing initiatives.
- Brand Marketing: Provide design support for seasonal campaigns and promotional launches.
- Brand Marketing: Collaborate with the Sr. Designer, Brand and Campaign to align email and campaign creative for a cohesive brand experience.
- Brand Marketing: Refine and enhance existing designs, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all deliverables.
- Cross-Channel: Support other digital design needs across site, campaign, or brand creative when team priorities require.
- Cross-Channel: Partner with designers and cross-functional teams to adapt creative for marketing.
- Cross-Channel: Stay current with design tools, trends, and digital best practices, applying learnings to daily work.
- Cross-Channel: Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of digital design experience, or relevant internship/coursework in design, production, or marketing.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; basic familiarity with HTML/CSS preferred.
- Strong eye for layout, typography, and responsive design fundamentals.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and QA skills.
- Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn in a team environment.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms or QA tools is a plus.
