As a Medical Assistant, you will be the welcoming face and calming presence that anchors our practice—greeting patients with sincerity, managing appointment flows, and ensuring smooth operations. Blue Skye Health specializes in bioidentical hormone replacement, thyroid and gut health, and emphasizes treating patients like family through education and evidence‐based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and check in patients for their appointments
- Answer incoming calls and return messages with professionalism and empathy
- Manage scheduling, faxes, and portal communications
- Assist with administrative tasks and patient coordination
- Support the Blue Skye team with a “can-do” attitude and a smile
- Help with blood draws, rooming patients, taking vital signs, autoclave, and restocking
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a medical office
- Friendly, engaging personality—someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfort with technology, Microsoft Office, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, grounded presence that reflects our holistic, patient-centered philosophy
