Equipment Assembly Technician - ATO

Position Overview

Intralox L.L.C., a world leader in conveyor equipment solutions utilizing modular plastic conveyor belts, is seeking an Equipment Assembly Technician - ATO at its Sparrows Point, MD facility. Key Responsibilities

• Assemble discrete conveyor equipment by following DWF and assembly procedures.
• Perform final system assembly and testing to ensure quality and functionality.
• Utilize hand/power tools along with fabrication equipment such as shears, brakes, saws, and milling machines.
• Apply established standards, processes, and procedures to ensure workplace safety and quality.
• Identify and report any part or equipment defects to supervisors promptly.
• Read pneumatic schematics and run airlines as needed.
• Conserve resources and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
• Be flexible with work schedules including overtime, holidays, and weekends.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one (1) year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of electrical procedures and strong mechanical aptitude.
• Proficient in the use of hand/power tools with basic math and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to work extended periods (mostly standing) and lift materials up to 48 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a Lean environment.
• At least one (1) year of mechanical assembly experience.
• Familiarity with all forms of conveyor line applications.
