Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble discrete conveyor equipment by following DWF and assembly procedures.
- Perform final system assembly and testing to ensure quality and functionality.
- Utilize hand/power tools along with fabrication equipment such as shears, brakes, saws, and milling machines.
- Apply established standards, processes, and procedures to ensure workplace safety and quality.
- Identify and report any part or equipment defects to supervisors promptly.
- Read pneumatic schematics and run airlines as needed.
- Conserve resources and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
- Be flexible with work schedules including overtime, holidays, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic understanding of electrical procedures and strong mechanical aptitude.
- Proficient in the use of hand/power tools with basic math and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to work extended periods (mostly standing) and lift materials up to 48 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a Lean environment.
- At least one (1) year of mechanical assembly experience.
- Familiarity with all forms of conveyor line applications.

- Compensation: Salary Range: $15.00 to $41.15/HR with potential commissions, discretionary, or production incentives.
