Position Overview
Join SEP as an Entry Level Sales Associate! In this role as a Recruiter (Sales Associate), you will be pivotal to both business development and recruiting activities at our Downtown Chicago office. At Strategic Employment Partners (SEP), a respected boutique staffing agency established in 2007, you will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment where your success is our priority.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Prospecting: Research and target prospective clients to showcase our staffing solutions.
- New Business Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Persuasion & Negotiation: Effectively communicate our services and negotiate contract terms to secure new business.
- Full-Cycle Sales: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closure.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong match with client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Ambition: No prior experience required, but a strong interest in launching a sales/recruiting career is a must.
