Position Overview

We are seeking candidates for a flexible position in our esteemed financial services company, available on both part-time and full-time bases.
In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer care by engaging with and educating individuals on financial planning options
such as retirement planning, college planning, and life insurance. Prior financial industry experience is not required as we value excellent customer service skills, self-motivation, and strong team-building abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with and educate individuals on a range of financial planning options, including retirement rollovers, investments, life insurance products, annuities, and college plans.
• Provide exceptional customer care through remote work via Zoom and optional branch support.
• Collaborate with a diverse team while independently driving client success.
• Leverage flexible work hours to meet client needs and foster long-term relationships.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a genuine willingness to help others.
• Self-motivated individual with strong team-building and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse groups and overcome challenges.
• Comfortable working remotely and using digital meeting platforms such as Zoom.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, accounting, or managerial roles.
