Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Assistant at RTI in Arlington, VA. In this entry‑level role, you will support in‑person marketing campaigns and enhance customer engagement by working closely with a well‑established client. No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training and one‑on‑one mentorship to help you thrive in marketing, event planning, fundraising, sales, or brand promotions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily execution of live events, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and customers to ensure a seamless experience.
• Assist in achieving goals related to brand awareness, outreach, and fundraising.
• Participate in team meetings and hands‑on training sessions.
• Contribute creative ideas to improve event performance and customer satisfaction.
