Position Overview

ForgeFit, a trusted provider of premium fitness equipment to gyms, studios, and training facilities nationwide, is seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will be the voice of the company – handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat – ensuring smooth interactions from order through installation and beyond. Location: Remote (U.S. Based). Employment Type: Full-Time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care
  • Assist customers with orders, shipping questions, product details, and troubleshooting
  • Track and resolve issues by collaborating with fulfillment, sales, and service teams
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software
  • Proactively follow up on customer needs to ensure satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with ForgeFit’s product lines and service policies

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service, support, or client-facing role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working with CRM or support tools
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in fitness or familiarity with gym equipment is a plus
