The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing current manufacturing operations, identifying areas for improvement, and developing data-driven solutions. Key duties include:

• Designing and implementing new manufacturing processes
• Developing and maintaining process documentation
• Leading process validation activities
• Troubleshooting production issues to minimize downtime and waste

You will work closely with R&D, quality assurance, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and methodologies. Experience with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical process control (SPC) is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
