Position Overview

Have your FINRA Series 7 and 63 and a passion for serving others? Join our team of "crew" as a Client Service Excellence Center associate at Vanguard. Here, you’ll help clients through some of life’s biggest moments – from buying their first home to planning for retirement – by connecting with them via inbound phone calls and assisting with account-related needs. At Vanguard, our client-first mentality drives everything we do as we work to give every investor the best chance for investment success. This role is fully remote; however, you must perform all work duties from within the state of Georgia. To be considered, you are required to hold active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities: Partner with clients via inbound phone calls to address a wide range of financial inquiries, including account maintenance and issue resolution.
  • Lead with empathy and an owner's mindset to identify client needs, solve problems proactively, and provide timely, accurate solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and participate in strategic initiatives to continuously improve both the client and "crew" experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience Required: 3+ years of customer-facing and/or inbound phone experience with strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
  • Requirements: Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses (or registration as determined by compliance).
  • Demonstrated sense of ownership with initiative and accountability in ensuring exceptional client outcomes.
  • Education: Minimum of a high school diploma, an associate degree, or a bachelor’s degree.
  • A learner’s attitude and eagerness to continuously grow your expertise.

  • Compensation: Total potential for your first full year ranges from $70,500 to $81,500, which includes a base salary adjusted for skills and experience, quarterly performance-based bonuses, merit increases, and company bonuses. In addition, there is a $20,000 licensing bonus for bringing your active SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses.
  • Milestone rewards are offered to celebrate your commitment: $10,000 at your 3-year anniversary, $20,000 at your 5-year anniversary, and $20,000 every 5 years thereafter.
