Key Responsibilities
- Speak with customers to discuss and document their investment priorities and goals.
- Take loan applications and review customer credit worthiness.
- Develop and present optimal loan origination options.
- Submit loan scenarios and packages to potential lenders for approval.
- Coordinate with title companies, processing, sales, and underwriting teams from submission to closing for a smooth experience.
- Report loan portfolio progress to leadership.
- Collaborate with leadership and peers to promote learning and disseminate best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- High level of accountability and ownership for outcomes.
- Analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word is a plus.
- Good coordination and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
