Key Responsibilities

• Speak with customers to discuss and document their investment priorities and goals.
• Take loan applications and review customer credit worthiness.
• Develop and present optimal loan origination options.
• Submit loan scenarios and packages to potential lenders for approval.
• Coordinate with title companies, processing, sales, and underwriting teams from submission to closing for a smooth experience.
• Report loan portfolio progress to leadership.
• Collaborate with leadership and peers to promote learning and disseminate best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• High level of accountability and ownership for outcomes.
• Analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word is a plus.
• Good coordination and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
