Job Description

Position Overview

Graybox is looking for a project management rockstar to help manage its internal marketing efforts. You will play a key role in developing Graybox’s go-to-market strategy and generating new leads, while improving thought leadership in the digital, creative & growth consulting space. Working directly with the CEO, you’ll gain extensive learning opportunities and have significant responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute internal marketing initiatives in areas such as Content Marketing, SEO, Ad Management, social media, events, email marketing, Hubspot automations, and analytics.
  • Oversee Content Marketing by managing schedules, writing, editing, and posting thought leadership pieces (Articles, Case Studies, Event Summaries, White Papers, etc.).
  • Manage the Hubspot account – create and maintain automations, update the CRM, and send newsletters.
  • Improve SEO efforts through website optimization and linkbuilding strategies.
  • Manage basic paid ad campaigns on LinkedIn and Google.
  • Setup and monitor analytics, including monthly reporting to leadership.
  • Plan, support, or attend events by handling research, outreach, invitations, and event management.
  • Regularly update social media accounts and assist with webinars, video content, and creation of branded visuals.
  • Assist the VP of Sales with inbound sales qualification and support outbound campaign research.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to develop necessary sales materials (decks, reports, PDFs, cards, etc.).

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably at a service company.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Understanding of corporate marketing/branding with the ability to implement strategies with limited direction.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and continuously learn about all aspects of the business.
  • Ability to thrive under light management with a focus on results.
