General Production Associate - Entry Level

Position Overview

Adecco is assisting one of its clients in the search for a General Production Associate (Entry Level) in De Pere, WI. This position offers Compensation: $17/hr with a shift schedule of Monday to Friday, 6am to 4pm. The role involves operating machinery and equipment, managing material handling, performing quality inspections, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment in accordance with established guidelines and supervisor instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machinery and/or equipment and safely load/unload materials in accordance with Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.
• Operate equipment associated with producing units and material handling as assigned.
• Follow all applicable safety policies and practices, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensuring machine guards and safety features are functional.
• Load and unload raw or finished products as needed.
• Conduct visual inspections of product to ensure quality.
• Maintain housekeeping and general upkeep of the work area.
• Adhere to work location rules and procedures.
• Perform other operations assignments as directed by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Entry level with little or no prior manufacturing production experience required.
• Willingness and ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as requested.
• Occasional climbing and balancing; the role requires continuous standing, frequent lifting/carrying, stooping, bending, squatting, pulling, pushing, twisting of the trunk and neck, and reaching and grasping tasks.
• Steel Toes shoes required.
