Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for our Sales department. This full‐time role is ideal for someone excited about the future of AI and eager to build a career in technology‐driven sales. NOTE: This role is only open to candidates currently based in the U.S. and authorised to work without sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and reach out to mortgage lenders, banks, and financial institutions; utilise Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and cold email campaigns to build a strong pipeline; qualify inbound and outbound leads.
  • Cold Outreach & Client Engagement: Execute multi-channel outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to secure meetings; personalise outreach efforts to maximise engagement with decision-makers; follow up persistently with leads; leverage Saaf’s AI Agent and other AI tools.
  • Pipeline & CRM Management: Track outreach efforts and results in HubSpot; provide weekly reports on lead generation performance and potential deal flow.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-4 years’ experience in B2B sales or as an SDR in Fintech, mortgage, or finance-related sales.
  • Highly motivated with a strong sense of hustle and persistence; comfortable with rejection and eager to learn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective cold calling and emailing.
  • Tech-savvy with familiarity in sales tools such as HubSpot, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in mortgage tech or selling to banks and lenders.
  • Background in financial services, lending, or B2B SaaS sales.
  • Prior experience with high-volume email outreach and cold calling.
