Position Overview

Our well-known client in Great Falls is seeking a Computer Support Assistant to join their Help Desk team—the primary hub for technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. In this role, you will support the Help Desk Support Specialists by answering users' questions, training users on basic system functions, addressing user issues, and resolving technical problems promptly and professionally.
