Class Start Date:July, 2025

Compensation:$56,250 - $75,000 USD (OTE: $75,000with Base Salary $56,250 + $18,750 Variable with uncapped commission!)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound follow-up sales calls to assist clients in securing transportation solutions efficiently.
- Leverage our proprietary marketplace technology to create tailored trip quotes and streamline the booking process.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including revenue targets, conversion rates, call handle times, and follow-up activity.
- Build urgency and rapport by navigating call scripts, overcoming objections, and closing deals quickly.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in post-call analyses to refine sales techniques and strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- French language skills – bilingual proficiency is preferred.
- Comfortable handling 50-75 calls per day through a combination of inbound and outbound follow-up calls.
- Strong ability to handle objections, create urgency, and guide customers through the sales funnel to close deals.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on active listening, concise messaging, and rapport-building.
- A proactive, self-driven mindset with the discipline to excel in a remote-first work environment.
- Advanced computer/tech skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems (G-Suite, Slack, quote management system, phone tools) simultaneously.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales certifications or additional training.
- Experience working with CRM tools, Sales Platforms, G-Suite, and other related technologies.
