Cybersecurity Analyst Intermediate (IAM II)

Position Overview

PeopleTec is currently seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst Intermediate (IAM II) to support our Colorado Springs location. In this role, you will execute essential cybersecurity functions in support of the contract mission, working within a dynamic, people-first organization that values long-term career growth and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Applies knowledge of cyber policies, procedures, and workforce structure to develop, implement, and maintain a cyber-secure environment.
• Uses extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish enclave security-related goals.
• Supervises IAM and IAT personnel of equal or lower level certification.
• Reports to IAM III or government managers regarding enclave operational requirements.
• Leads cyber management and operations for enclave(s)/systems/sites.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in STEM/Program Management/Cyber-related field with at least 5 years of cyber management experience, or an acceptable alternative (a non-STEM degree with 7 years or an Associate degree with 10 years of DoD cyber experience).
• Mandatory Certifications: Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level II and eMASS certifications are required prior to accepting the position.
• Must possess a Secret Clearance with eligibility for Top Secret; DoD Secret security clearance with Top Secret eligibility is required (U.S. Citizenship is mandatory).
