Loan Officer (Remote-Call Center/FL License Req)

Position Overview

Iconic Mortgage Corp, a government licensed national lender based in Miami, Florida, is seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Originators. In thisremoterole, you’ll receive up to 25 leads per day and enjoy a competitive structure featuringBase Plus Commission (No Draw)along withup to $15,000 Sign-On Bonusfor high performers. Key Responsibilities

• Receive 10-15+ warm transfers daily from our dedicated contact center – the more you close, the more you earn.
• Lock the loan at the point of sale, request initial documents, and let administrative staff complete follow-up processes.
• Collaborate with multiple Loan Processors and administrators to drive each loan to the finish line.
• Leverage state-of-the-art technology and marketing support to maximize client engagement.

Required Qualifications

• NMLS SAFE Act compliant with required state licenses (Florida MLO License is required among others).
• At least 1 year of experience in Mortgage Loan Origination and sales/closings.
• Ability to work approximately 40-45 hours per week in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication, phone presentation, follow-up, and multi-tasking skills.
