We are looking for an eager and curious entry level Document Control Professional in Indianapolis, to support our Program Management Team. As a key member of our Indianapolis program support team, you'll be coordinating and administering configuration management activities relative to identification, control, and accounting for specification and change documents directly related to the assigned project. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer configuration management activities related to identification, control, and accounting for specification and change documents.
- Support the Program Management Team in document control activities.
- Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, set goals, and develop systems for achieving those goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information management, business administration, or related field.
- 0-2 years of Document Control experience.
- Experience with MS Office and SharePoint.
- Strong communication skills and understanding of technical terminology.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working on various projects to include coordinating and executing project issues.
- Previous internship experience in Document Control or related field.
- Familiarity with engineering, architectural, and construction documents (i.e., maps, drawings, technical specifications, etc.) is preferred.
- Experience with ProCore or other Construction Management software.
