Position Overview
Explore opportunities with West Virginia Home Health, part of LHC Group and a post-acute care leader dedicated to meaningful connections with patients, families, and communities. As the Home Health Account Executive, you will execute the sales strategy to increase market share through account development and education of the medical community on our services—all while working within a set budget. You will serve as the primary customer service representative for hospice agency referral sources by handling sales calls, providing hospice education and community in-services.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with target referral sources to drive growth.
- Implement, manage, and document consistent sales activities with multiple contacts at each referral source.
- Understand customer needs to provide customized solutions, earning new and continued referrals.
- Expand healthcare community awareness and usage of our services through education and outreach.
- Serve as a liaison between referral sources, patients/families facing end-of-life care, and our agencies.
Required Qualifications
- Current Driver's License, valid vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of successful hospice sales experience.
- Understanding of home health/hospice coverage issues.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to interact professionally with a wide variety of individuals.
- Creative mindset for marketing and community education initiatives.
- Persuasive communication, effective time management, and strong organizational skills.
- A focus on maximizing cost effectiveness in resource utilization.

- Compensation: Annual salary ranging from $71,200 to $127,200 based on full-time employment and other factors.
