We Are: Supply Chain Strategy within Accenture Strategy, and we help the world’s leading organizations reimagine how their supply chains create competitive advantage. We partner with C‑suite leaders to design future‑ready supply chain strategies that balance cost, service, resilience, and growth. A critical part of our strategy agenda is expanding Accenture’s Manhattan Associates ecosystem, where we combine deep functional expertise, advanced analytics, and technology insight to shape and enable next‑generation distribution and fulfillment networks.

You Are: A Supply Chain Strategy leader with strong experience advising CPG and Retail clients on complex, high‑impact supply chain decisions. You bring credibility in front of senior executives, can translate business strategy into actionable supply chain and technology roadmaps, and are energized by selling, shaping, and leading strategy engagements. You have a strong point of view on distribution network design, fulfillment transformation, and the role Manhattan Associates plays in enabling modern supply chains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end supply chain strategy engagements, including distribution network strategy, fulfillment and logistics strategy, and supply chain operating model design.
  • Shape and deliver technology‑enabled supply chain strategies, with a strong focus on Manhattan Associates solutions across WMS, TMS, and broader fulfillment capabilities.
  • Design new distribution center concepts, including capacity modeling, automation considerations, service trade‑offs, and future‑state operating assumptions.
  • Lead capital planning and investment strategy efforts, helping clients prioritize and sequence supply chain investments tied to business growth and transformation objectives.
  • Conduct supply chain and technology assessments, evaluating current‑state capabilities, identifying gaps, and defining pragmatic transformation roadmaps.
  • Serve as an Engagement Lead, responsible for overall client relationship management, engagement governance, team leadership, and delivery quality.
  • Play a central role in sales and business development, including opportunity identification, deal shaping, proposal development, and executive‑level client presentations.
  • Partner closely with Manhattan Associates and Accenture ecosystem teams to grow joint offerings, co‑innovate solutions, and expand market footprint.
  • Build, mentor, and develop strategy talent, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance team culture within the Supply Chain Strategy practice.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience Required: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in supply chain strategy, consulting, or industry roles—including leading strategy‑led engagements in network strategy, fulfillment strategy, and distribution transformation—and a minimum of 1 year of experience with Manhattan Associates solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience working with or selling Manhattan WMS, TMS, or Active solutions as part of strategy or transformation programs.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior client stakeholders, including VP‑ and C‑suite leaders.
  • Experience leading capital‑intensive supply chain initiatives, including automation strategy or large‑scale distribution center investments.
  • A strong commercial mindset with a track record of originating, shaping, and closing consulting opportunities.
  • Experience in ecosystem‑led strategy, collaborating with software partners to create differentiated client value propositions.
  • Passion for developing teams and contributing to thought leadership in supply chain strategy and fulfillment transformation.

Benefits & Perks

  • Benefits: Market competitive suite including medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan, bonus opportunities, paid holidays, and paid time off.
  • Location: Various US locations (California, Cleveland, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, Washington) near an Accenture Corporate Office.
