Recruitment Consultant | Entry Level – January Start

Location:

New York City Metropolitan Area
Compensation: $55,000 base salary + uncapped commission (expected 1st year OTE of $75-85k).

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate business development by reaching out (phone, email, messenger) to potential clients to establish relationships and win new business.
  • Pitch and negotiate service agreements with key stakeholders and maintain existing client relationships with regular updates.
  • Identify and qualify client hiring needs to understand roles, company goals, and necessary experience.
  • Source candidates by headhunting top talent across mid-to-senior and executive levels and networking with both active and passive talent.
  • Engage in cold calling, messaging, and emailing to build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
  • Manage the recruitment process including introducing candidates to clients, coordinating interviews, and facilitating feedback exchanges.
  • Negotiate and deliver offers to candidates and provide post-placement care to ensure long-term fit.
