Experienced Software Engineer (Hybrid)

Position Overview

As a Software Engineer working in Customer Experience technology, you'll enable Principal to effectively reach out and connect with current Employer customers. You’ll join the team during a time of “web reimagination” and work closely with designers, CX, product, and engineers to build simple, intuitive experiences.

• Some on-call responsibilities are required.

Required Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, technology, engineering, math-related field or equivalent experience with 3+ years of work experience.
• 3+ years of experience building event-driven architectures in the cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• 3+ years of experience working with React or Next.js.
• Experience with Typescript, CI/CD tooling (CircleCI, GitHub Actions), Java for legacy application support, and using AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Kiro).

Preferred Qualifications

• Informal leadership/mentorship experience.
• Experience working within an Agile team.

• Compensation: $94,000 - $156,000 per year
• Flexible Time Off (FTO): Provided to salaried employees for vacation, personal, or illness leave.
