Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Call Center Representative located in New York at 50 Water Street, 5th floor, Central office (Postal Code: 10004). The role operates on an 8:00 AM-4:00 PM shift and requires working onsite at designated locations (Bellevue, Lincoln, Elmhurst, Jacobi, or Metropolitan). The position involves scheduling appointments, handling reminder calls to patients, booking/rescheduling clinic appointments, answering customer inquiries, and managing phone operations including in-house paging and overhead announcements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments and make reminder calls to patients.
  • Book and reschedule clinic appointments.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding clinic appointments.
  • Answer phones, utilize in-house pagers, and make overhead announcements.
  • Perform other assignments as necessary.
  • Utilize extensive phone experience and maintain computer literacy.

Required Qualifications

  • Onsite Requirement: Must work onsite at Bellevue, Lincoln, Elmhurst, Jacobi, or Metropolitan.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience with payroll timekeeping exposure.
  • Experience in a hospital setting.
  • Bilingual proficiency required (facility specific).
  • High School Diploma or GED.
