Full-Stack Developer

Position Overview

We’re hiring a Founding Full Stack Engineer on behalf of a high-growth, YC-backed startup that’s transforming how modern sales teams operate. You’ll be one of the first engineers working directly with the founders to build and ship customer-facing features powered by generative AI. This is a rare opportunity to shape product, culture, and architecture at a pivotal stage with top-tier VC backing while scaling toward $1M+ in ARR.

Key Responsibilities

• Build high-performance, user-facing features in React, TypeScript, and Python.
• Help design and integrate LLM-powered functionality across modalities (text, image, audio, video).
• Work cross-functionally with design, product, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end features.
• Deeply understand customer needs and rapidly iterate to improve UX.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Expertise in React and TypeScript, with backend development in Python.
• Strong grasp of APIs, databases, and infrastructure (e.g., Terraform, AWS).
• Experience with automated testing frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest or experience in generative AI.
