Position Overview

Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000 annually. Bonus eligible.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. This position requires extensive travel throughout the Phoenix/Scottsdale area with occasional travel to Denver.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work within established community budgets to ensure each Sales team achieves or exceeds projected occupancy while operating within budgetary guidelines.
  • Develop a robust waiting list of future residents for new construction.
  • Develop outside referral sources through ongoing sales calls.
  • Personally shop competitor communities in local primary marketing areas (PMAs) while collaborating with the community sales team to strategically position the community and sell against the competition.
  • Conduct onsite sales in the absence of a salesperson or to boost sales during low census or lease-up periods.
  • Analyze occupancy trends, market and competition trends, and sales cycle data to determine the necessary sales activities for achieving full occupancy and a robust wait list.

Required Qualifications

  • Regional or multi-property leadership experience required.
  • Senior Living or Healthcare sales experience required.
  • Strong system/software skills including CRM, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook. Experience with Welcome Home is highly preferred.
  • Experience in referral source-based marketing with both long and short sales cycles.
  • Exceptional ability to analyze sales and market data and trends for improved sales performance.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to function well in an interdisciplinary team.
  • Outstanding time management, self-sufficiency, and resourcefulness.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and professional with the ability to work independently, manage problems, handle conflicts, and oversee budgeting.
