Position Overview

Join Amazon’s dynamic environment as a Senior Supply Chain Manager, Supply Chain Execution at Job | Services LLC. In this role, you will take end‑to‑end ownership of operations, shaping and optimizing the flow of goods, information, and services across the supply chain network. You will lead strategic initiatives in sales & operations planning, logistics optimization, network design, and process improvements while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic initiatives related to network capacity within Amazon's various business units.
  • Optimize and manage the flow of goods, information, or services within the supply chain network.
  • Balance supply and demand while assessing and improving distribution networks, warehouses, and logistics operations.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Define metrics, develop program management mechanisms, and simplify processes for complex network capacity challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive shared network capacity goals.
  • Manage cross‑functional network capacity initiatives ensuring continuous improvement and lean operations.
  • Own a portfolio of programs related to network capacity to drive performance improvement and timely delivery.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements focusing on inventory management, logistics strategy, and transportation optimization.
  • Monitor and optimize key network capacity metrics to ensure a smooth flow within the supply chain.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 5+ years of supply chain experience.
  • Proven experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience in owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience driving process improvements.
  • Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or a related field.
