Position Overview
Aston Technologies is seeking talented individuals who are highly motivated and eager to launch their career in the IT industry. This role begins with an on-site training program designed to build, sharpen, and test your technical abilities, develop strong professional skills, and familiarize you with the technologies you will be working with in the field. During training – starting on March 16, 2026 – you will benefit from mentorship by Senior Level Engineers, formal skills-based training, and company-provided corporate housing with a $150/week food stipend. Upon successful completion of training, you will work as a Network Engineer on client network infrastructure and security projects nationwide, where you will assess, design, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain network hardware and software. On project, network engineers are expected to solve technical challenges, document solutions, resolve technical faults, and allocate resources to deliver client solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on client network infrastructure projects by assessing, designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining network hardware and software.
- Solve technical challenges, document solutions, resolve technical faults, and allocate resources efficiently during client assignments.
Required Qualifications
- Must be open to 100% travel, including nationwide travel/relocation to client sites (all on-project travel costs covered)
- General understanding of basic computer terminology and a strong passion to learn
- Basic knowledge and proficiency of Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to convey written and oral communication effectively and professionally
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screen
- Must own a reliable vehicle for transportation
